Trois chambres d'hôtes climatisées à Monthelon, près d'Epernay dans la Marne, au cœur du vignoble de la Champagne, dans une grange datant du XIX ème siècle rénovée avec soin pendant 2 ans, par Stéphanie & Olivier.
La bâtisse, située dans la cour face à la maison d’habitation des propriétaires, servait autrefois de grenier à foin au 1er étage et à un usage viticole pour le rez de chaussée.
Un week-end en Champagne ?
Chacune des trois chambres d'hôtes au 1er étage, équipée de literie neuve haut-de-gamme, dédiée aux hôtes est à l’image de la maison et décorée avec charme et raffinement.
La vaste salle du rez-de-chaussée, décorée dans une ambiance café d’autrefois où seront servis les petits-déjeuners avec un espace détente où vous pourrez vous installer confortablement.
Lors de votre séjour, nous souhaitons vous offrir un moment agréable et serein en famille ou entre amis.
Prenez le temps de vous détendre et de vous reposer dans un lieu convivial!
Pour un week-end ou une étape, moins impersonnel qu'un hôtel, pour le travail ou pour simplement découvrir Epernay et la Champagne, venez dormir aux Olivanies,
Une privatisation totale de la maison d’hôte le temps d’un week-end entre amis ou pour vos réunions de famille est possible.

Vous pourrez partir à la découverte de notre belle région, visiter Epernay (à 6km), Capitale du Champagne et ses célèbres caves ainsi que Reims, la Cité des Sacres, et sa célèbre cathédrale à moins de 30 km.
Nous nous ferons un plaisir de vous aider à choisir restaurants, visites de caves et activités à proximité, selon vos envies et le temps dont vous disposez.

Stephanie and Olivier welcome you to their guesthouse in Monthelon near Epernay, Marne, Champagne - an eighteenth century barn carefully renovated over two years.
The house is located in a yard in front of the owner’s house. The first floor was a hayloft. The ground floor was a stockroom for the vineyard’s tools.
There are 3 bedrooms (with AC) on the first floor. Each of them is furnished with a high quality bedding, reflecting the high standards of the hotel. They are also decorated with charm and refinement. On the ground floor, the vast sitting room is decorated in a «retro»/ classic style. Breakfast is served in a quiet area, where you can to relax.
During your stay, we hope that you will be able to experience a serene and pleasant time with your family or with friends. Take some time off to relax and to rest in a friendly atmosphere.
Whether it is for a weekend or just a stopover, for work or to discover the Champagne Region, you are welcome to stay at the «olivanies». Feel free to book the entire guesthouse for a weekend with friends or for a family gathering. Discover the great Champagne region, visit Epernay, the capital city of Champagne, and its famous cellars. You can also visit Reims, the famous town where many kings have been crowned. We can also help you to plan your visit, to choose your restaurant or any other activities in the local area.

The «Retro» bedroom :
A spacious and comfortable pink and beige room decorated in the spirit of a flea market / Old market place to host your family or friends. For 6 persons max, one large bed(180*200) Two truckle beds (160*200) A bathroom with a big washbasin, a king-sized shower and separate toilets. Towels, hair-dryer and towel dryer.
Price: This is for 95 euros per night for 2 - 20 euros extra for an additional person.
The «Atelier» bedroom :
This room will surprise you with its industrial decoration and its homemade wooden and metal furniture. For 4 persons maximum 1 large bed 1 truckle bed. A bathroom with a big washbasin, a king-sized shower and separate toilets. Towels, hair-dryer and towel dryer.
Price: This is for 90 euros per night for 2 - 20 euros extra for an additional person.
The « Petit Grenier» room :
A soft cocoon with a Nordic taste. This Baltic blue room will enchant you with its incandescence. For 2 persons maximum. 1 large bed, a bathroom with a washbasin, and a standing tub and toilets. Towels, hair-dryer and towel dryer.
Price: this is for 75 euros per night for 2.
